Inside Sales Specialist- Total Access

We are looking for energetic inside sales/Total Access representatives to discover and develop new and existing customer relationships. This progressive sales position will allow the successful candidate to create a career path that provides training, engagement and great advancement opportunities.

What will I be doing?

First and foremost, our paid training is unparalleled and includes a deep understanding of the products that we sell, their applications and applicable regulations. Training also includes SOPs, software and on-site welding (not mandatory) so that we can represent the products and applications we sell knowledgeably. The initial paid training period is 4 weeks including sales development training.
Proactive outbound calling to develop relationships with customers and prospects
Grow business via phone and digital means
Fast paced, positive team atmosphere
Hybrid schedules available after an on the job training period

We provide our team a BASE salary rate, In addition to monthly incentive bonus. Additional income is realized through promotional winnings and lucrative over-goal commission when achieved.
Compensation range is
  • 50,000- 65,000 USD Annually
& will be determined by skills & experience.
